Questions
What does Rowsafe need from my cloud account?
A token or key limited to what Rowsafe needs: Droplets and firewalls on DigitalOcean, one IAM policy on AWS, one project on OVHcloud. Read more in the docs.
Can Rowsafe see my data?
No. Backups are encrypted on your server with a passphrase only you hold, and Rowsafe has no SSH key there.
What do I pay?
Your cloud bills the server at its own prices. It counts as one of your Rowsafe plan's servers: Free covers one, Pro is $39 a month for 5.
Can I log in to the server?
Yes, it's yours: add your SSH key and choose who can reach it. Rowsafe never adds a key of its own.
What if I stop using Rowsafe?
The server stays in your account and keeps running. Revoke the token and it's an ordinary server.
What about MySQL, MongoDB, Redis or SQLite?
Install Rowsafe on a server you already run: there it protects MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Redis, Valkey and SQLite today. Read more in the docs.
