Questions
How does paying by the hour work?
Every hour a server exists is billed, and never more than its monthly price in a month. Delete it and billing stops.
Do I also need a Rowsafe plan?
No. The hourly price includes every Rowsafe feature and backup storage. A Free account is enough.
Can Rowsafe see my data?
No. Your backups are encrypted with a key only you have, and we never log in to your server. More in the docs
Will you restart or update my database?
Never on our own. Restarts, updates and deleting wait for someone on your team to click and confirm.
Can I change the size later?
Not in place yet. Create a bigger server and move the database there, with about a minute of downtime.
Can I leave?
Any time. Take it with you moves the database to your own server with about a minute of downtime.
