Is this the same as ClickHouse Cloud?
No. It's open-source ClickHouse on one server, with Rowsafe's backups and monitoring. For clusters across many servers, ClickHouse Cloud is the better fit.
Can I leave?
Yes. “Take it with you” moves the database to your own server with about a minute of downtime. Delete a server and billing stops.
