Questions

Is pganalyze better for PostgreSQL query tuning?

Yes: it collects query plans from production and has a Query Advisor for them. Rowsafe shows slow queries and tests index ideas on a copy, but doesn't collect plans.

Is Percona PMM really free?

Yes: every feature is in the open-source release (server AGPL-3.0, client Apache-2.0). You run the server; Percona sells support.

Does Rowsafe change my database on its own?

No. Nothing runs until you confirm, and risky fixes save a Mark first. Read more in the docs.
